Congratulations to the following West Central's Speech students who participated in the District Individual Contest on Saturday in Decorah: Gracelyn Neumann-Birchard, Evan Recker, Sharon Garcia, Anna Hancock, Julia Behrmann, and Billy Jensen! Evan (Spontaneous Speaking), Julia (Interpretive Poetry - original poems), and Anna (Solo Musical Theater) received I ratings and will advance to State on March 11 at Starmont, all others received a II rating. You made West Central proud with your excellent participation.
