FRIDAY: 1:10 Dismissal; HS Track @ Luther College 4pm - leaving at 2:30
The CPR class for juniors and seniors is March 22nd from 8:30-11am. If you are already certified and won't be needing the class please talk to Nurse Bonnie today or tomorrow.
There will be a meeting for 8-12th grader girls intending to play softball this summer at 1:15 on Friday in Wild's classroom.
The Blue Pride Assembly was held yesterday and our book winners for February are: 1st gr - Anja Lein, 2nd gr - TJ Helmuth, 3rd gr - DaViion Quick, 4th gr - Eli Paul, and 5th gr - Lonni Buhman!! These names are drawn from a list of students who have earned enough points passing their quizzes to jump up to the next point club. Also announced was the Spring Book Challenge!! Mrs. Bunn will track each class's total points earned for the month of March and April and the winner will be announced at the May Blue Pride Assembly. The class with the most combined points for those months will win books for EACH student and the teacher also gets to choose two books for his/her classroom to keep!! This is all possible with Book Fair profits!!
There is a sign up sheet in the office for Junior/Senior Prom and Post Prom attendees. If you are bringing a guest from another school district, please fill out and return the Guest Registration form by March 24th.
March Madness Brackets have been emailed out to High School students. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 places.
Student Government members have hidden 4-leaf clovers around the building. There is one clover for each high school student. If you find your 4-leaf clover, you can redeem it for a prize. Rules:
1. You cannot remove/relocate anyone else's clover.
2. You cannot interrupt classes to look for your clover.
3. Clovers are only hidden in areas which you are allowed. (For example, no clovers are hidden in the elementary wing.)
4.If you find your clover, you can redeem it for a prize in Mrs. Wells's room.
5. Prizes can be claimed before school, during 1st period, during lunch, or after school.
6. DO NOT INTERRUPT CLASSES to search for clovers or claim prizes.
